The turnaround time depends on the specific issue, but most repairs are completed within 1 to 3 business days. For urgent repairs, we offer expedited service in some cases.
The cost varies based on the problem. After diagnosing your laptop, we can provide a detailed quote. Minor repairs may cost less, while more complex issues like motherboard replacements could be higher.
We let you decide. Genuine part replacement can cost up to 4 times or more than the generic. In general, brand-name parts are designed to perform reliably and consistently, which can translate to better overall system performance and stability.
