We are a local mobile computer repair service that offers all of the above computer services and more. We commenced providing Internet Technical Support Services in Moana SA 5169 more than 20 years ago. To put that into perspective that was back in the days of Windows 98 and dialup modems!

Over the years that followed we soon found there was a real need to provide home computer users with a mobile computer repair & support service. It was then we decided to transition from just working for an Internet Support Provider (ISP), to a wholly independent home computer repair business providing a whole range of computer support services, with a view to enhancing the experience for the home user. 

We then proceeded to offer services offering everything from software to hardware, to new computer setups, to new custom desktop PC builds, and of course to internet, wifi and email support.

Our Goal

Our goal today is to provide even more home users with the flexibility and convenience of friendly, professional on-site mobile personal computer support backed by years of experience. In most instances our computer repair technicians can complete repairs on the spot. And we also offer FREE pickup and return of your PC where required (subject to our coverage area). 

Over the years we have built up a loyal customer base that come back to us time and again as they need computer repairs or general IT support. And we would love to have you onboard!

Our rates start at an extremely competitive $129 for the first hour on site. We also have fixed rates for some services. For example Windows reinstall, (which includes FREE pickup and return of your computer) for just $149. We also do insurance assessments for accidental damage. For just $89 we can provide you with a written quote for the cost of repairs for your insurer. This fee is then generally reimbursed to you by most insurers.

Our Rates

Our technicians charge a flat rate of $129 per hour on-site, up to a maximum charge of 2 hours. We are a mobile computer support & repair service but we do NOT charge a call-out fee. We also have flat fixed rates for other services. For example, we charge $149 for a full format and reinstall of Windows. This includes all Windows updates & other 3rd party software installs such as Google Chrome & Adobe Reader (these applications are required by most users but since they do not come with Windows, we install them as part of the service). There are no HIDDEN fees or charges.

Home Internet & Wifi Support

Are you experiencing slow internet? Having Wifi issues? Are webpages taking forever to load? We are experts in all home internet, ISP, modem and Wifi issues. We commenced providing internet support back in the days of dial up modems and are experts in NBN fibre troubleshooting. Don't tear your hair out trying to fix it yourself. We can often have these issues fixed in a fraction of the time it might take you. Our background is in the field of ISP technical support.

Laptop Screen Replacement

We can replace cracked or broken laptop screens for most makes and models. In most instances we just need the model and serial number off the back of your machine to help us identify what part number is required. We can then give you an accurate quote. In many cases we can replace your laptop screen within 1 hour so all you pay is the labour charge and the cost of the replacement part. Where required we can also often pickup and return the laptop to you at no extra charge!
